Potrebbe diventare un luogo di visita turistica insieme a quelli più famosi dell'Abazia di Farfa e del Santuario di Vescovio. Church with adjoining convent. All in a state of total abandonment. La Chiesa non é accessibile, la pesante porta é chiusa da una catena con lucchetto. È un vero peccato che questi edifici siano lasciati all'abbandono, forse ci saranno dei vincoli che impediscono i restauri che meriterebbero. E poi una curiosità: i frati Carmelitani che vivevano qui, ricevettero dai loro confratelli di ritorno dall'Oriente, i semi di un frutto mai arrivato prima in Europa: il melone. Infatti il conosciutissimo "Melone Cantalupo" fu coltivato e selezionato, fino ad arrivare il dolce frutto che conosciamo oggi, proprio da questi frati in questo territorio.
