A	Alberto Barcellari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo edificio venne eretto verso il XV secolo riutilizzando pietre e mattoni provenienti da una fortificazione tardo medievale. La chiesa poi subì alcune modifiche dal XVII secolo al Novecento. L'interno contiene diverse opere interessanti. Salta all'occhio un polittico affrescato del XVI secolo con gli episodi del martirio di Simonino da Trento e alcuni santi tra cui un misterioso San Benesio (di questo santo non vi è traccia in alcun martirologio, potrebbe trattarsi di un errore di trascrizione oppure di un personaggio di un culto locale). Altri affreschi raffigurano la Madonna allattante, San Francesco, Sant'Antonio abate e sono databili all'inizio del Cinquecento. Le tele dipinte, il pulpito, la cantoria, le cassapanche ed il mobilio in generale risalgono invece alla seconda metà del XVII secolo o ai primi anni del XVIII secolo. Da riscoprire! This building was erected around the 15th century, reusing stones and bricks from a late medieval fortification. The church then underwent some changes from the seventeenth century to the twentieth century. The interior contains several interesting works. A 16th century frescoed polyptych with the episodes of the martyrdom of Simonino from Trento and some saints, including a mysterious San Benesio, is striking (there is no trace of this martyrdom on this saint, it could be a transcription error or a character of a local cult). Other frescoes depict the lactating Madonna, San Francesco, Sant'Antonio abate and date back to the beginning of the sixteenth century. The painted canvases, the pulpit, the choir, the chests and the furniture in general date back to the second half of the seventeenth century or the early eighteenth century. To rediscover!
