★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima chiesa del 1600 dedicata a San Bartolomeo apostolo, patrono di Cavacurta.
Mostra molti affreschi di pregio. Una curiosità é l'impronta di un piede scolpita in una lastra di granito, cementata in una navata laterale. La storia racconta che si tratta dell'impronta di Cristo, portata da un cavaliere di ritorno dalle crociate.
Molto bello anche il complesso laterale che fu il convento dei frati serviti di Maria, ora casa parrocchiale ed oratorio.
La cantina dell' ex convento ospita oggi il museo Bonum Comedere, che racconta l'arte del lavoro contadino, finalizzato all'alimentazione umana. Molto interessante la visita.
Beautiful 17th century church dedicated to San Bartolomeo apostolo, patron saint of Cavacurta.
It shows many valuable frescoes. A curiosity is the imprint of a foot carved in a granite slab, cemented in a side aisle. The story goes that it is the footprint of Christ, brought by a knight returning from the Crusades.
Also very beautiful is the side complex that was the convent of the friars served by Maria, now the parish house and oratory.
The cellar of the former convent now houses the Bonum Comedere museum, which tells the art of peasant work, aimed at human nutrition. The visit is very interesting.
