Da visitare senza dubbio. Visited yesterday, 21 October 2018, by pure chance: simple and surprising interior. The polyptych is the real surprise, one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. To visit without a doubt.

C	Cristina Puerari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringraziamo la guida del gruppo volontari "Gli amici di Giorgio" che ci ha spiegato in modo esauriente ed impeccabile la storia, gli affreschi,e le opere della chiesa. Qui abbiamo potuto ammirare un grande capolavoro "il Polittico" in legno scolpito e dipinto, che rappresenta in forma tridimensionale la Passione di Cristo con due ante richiudibili ad armadio. È un'opera realizzata intorno alla metà del XVI secolo da artisti fiamminghi provenienti da Anversa, commissionata dal nobile Giovanni Andrea Annoni per la cappella di famiglia. E	Enrico Sprea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una stupenda chiesetta romanica posta su un piccolo colle all'interno dell'abitato di Annone. Se devo dire la verità non ci sono mai entrato. Credo sia possibile visitarla tutte le prime domeniche del mese, previo appuntamento telefonico. Mi riprometto di andare a vederla al più presto. All'interno ci sono opere d'arte di grandissimo pregio. It is a beautiful Romanesque church located on a small hill within the town of Annone. If I have to tell the truth, I never went in there. I believe it is possible to visit it every first Sunday of the month, by telephone appointment. I plan to go and see her as soon as possible. Inside there are works of art of great value.

La prima ristrutturazione e datata XV secolo e si completarono il 9 giugno 1481. The first building of the church of San Giorgio is attributed around the 11th - 12th century by the Benedictines. L'epoca di costruzione risale all'XI secolo probabilmente sul luogo occupato da un oratorio benedettino. L'edificio religioso è aperto solamente in rare occasioni e mi sembra di aver capito che per la visita interna è necessaria la prenotazione. The church stands on a hill outside the town. The construction period dates back to the 11th century, probably on the site occupied by a Benedictine oratory. The religious building is only open on rare occasions and I seem to have understood that reservations are required for the internal visit.
