โ โ โ โ โ Interni ampio stile anni 70 ma necessita di un rinnovamento con colori piรน vivi le vetrate bellissime ma vanno ampliate per dare piรน luce all'interno cosรฌ pure la volta al di sopra dell altare necessita di un fascio di luce naturale rifare acustica riverbero ed eco fastidiosi
Large 70's style interior but needs a renewal with more vivid colors the beautiful windows but must be enlarged to give more light inside as well as the vault above the altar needs a beam of natural light redo acoustic reverberation and annoying echo

โ โ โ โ โ ร dedicata alla Conversione di S. Paolo ed รจ detta anche "nuova" per distinguerla da quella "vecchia" (chiesa di San Paolo, in p.zza f.lli Piacentini). Travertino, cemento armato e vetrocemento colorato sono i tre materiali che caratterizzano l'edificio post-conciliare, realizzato nel 1970 su progetto dell'arch. Aldo Piantanida.
L'interno รจ gradevole. Alle forme moderne si accostano alcune opere trasferite qui dalla Chiesa Vecchia: due tondi seicenteschi di Antonio Cifrondi presso la cappella destra con la cinquecentesca "Conversione di S. Paolo" di G. P. Cavagna (gli ovali raffigurano i santi Pietro e Paolo) e due tondi, sempre del Cifrondi, presso l'altare della Madonna (raffigurano Dottori della Chiesa). Uno strappo di affresco รจ conservato sulla parete sinistra. La Cappella del battistero presenta sia la vasca ottagonale che ricorda gli antichi riti per immersione, sia il fonte per aspersione. ร decorata da quattro pannelli: "Allegoria del battesimo" di Ignazio Nicoli, "L' Esodo" di Luigi Arzuffi, "L'Uomo Nuovo" di Angelo Capelli e "Risurrezione" di Giacomo Marra. Sulle lavagne parietali si susseguono i nomi dei bambini e bambine battezzati nel corso del tempo.
Una graziosa cappella รจ dedicata a Papa Giovanni XXIII, di cui si conservano due reliquie: lo zucchetto e la stola.
La pala d'altare รจ un gigantesco mosaico rappresentante la Parusia. Sul soffitto, alzando lo sguardo, si vede una bella tempera della Gloria di San Paolo contornata dal Tetramorfo.
It is dedicated to the Conversion of St. Paul and is also called "new" to distinguish it from the "old" one (church of San Paolo, in p.zza f.lli Piacentini). Travertine, reinforced concrete and colored glass blocks are the three materials that characterize the post-conciliar building, built in 1970 on a project by the architect. Aldo Piantanida.
The interior is pleasant. The modern forms are combined with some works transferred here from the Old Church: two seventeenth-century tondi by Antonio Cifrondi in the right chapel with the sixteenth-century "Conversione di S. Paolo" by GP Cavagna (the ovals depict Saints Peter and Paul) and two tondi, also by Cifrondi, near the altar of the Madonna (they depict Doctors of the Church). A fragment of a fresco is preserved on the left wall. The Baptistery Chapel has both the octagonal basin that recalls the ancient rites by immersion, and the spring by sprinkling. It is decorated with four panels: "Allegory of Baptism" by Ignazio Nicoli, "The Exodus" by Luigi Arzuffi, "The New Man" by Angelo Capelli and "Resurrection" by Giacomo Marra. The names of the boys and girls baptized over time follow one another on the wall boards.
A lovely chapel is dedicated to Pope John XXIII, of which two relics are preserved: the skullcap and the stole.
The altarpiece is a gigantic mosaic representing the Parousia. On the ceiling, looking up, you can see a beautiful tempera of the Glory of St. Paul surrounded by the Tetramorph.
