★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' conosciuta anche come "Madonna dei Campi" nome che ben descrive la zona in cui si trova e l'utilizzo passato quando fu una tappa delle rogazioni.
La sua origine sembra tardo-romanica, del 1300, forse in base ad un frammento di affresco di quell'epoca sopravvissuto all'abbandono che l'edificio ha subito in epoca abbastanza recente. A metà del 1800 divenne, infatti, lazzaretto e poi deposito agricolo.
Dovrebbe essere sconsacrata. Il degrado è più che evidente ma difficile da accettare.
It is also known as "Madonna dei Campi" a name that well describes the area in which it is located and its past use when it was a stage of rogations.
Its origin seems late Roman, of the 1300s, perhaps based on a fragment of a fresco from that era that survived the abandonment that the building underwent in quite recent times. In the mid-1800s it became, in fact, a lazaretto and then an agricultural warehouse.
It should be deconsecrated. The degradation is more than evident but difficult to accept.
