★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compie quasi vent'anni la chiesa dell'Euacarestia di Tavernerio e ancora qualcuno si chiede, come scoprire che questo è un edificio di culto. Dall'esterno potrebbe essere di tutto, mancando la torre campanaria, la facciata, il sagrato, ecc.
All'interno l'aula è capiente e conferma l'esempio di Michelucci della "tenda - santuario". Cinque enormi pannelli di pittura naïf decorano l'ambiente e addirittura riescono a farmi rimpiangere le opere artigianali astratte.
Quasi previsibile, prima di entrare, in opere confuse come questo edificio, la presenza del crocefisso ligneo settecentesco dietro l'altare.
The church of the Eucharist of Tavernerio is almost twenty years old and still someone wonders, how to find out that this is a building of worship. From the outside it could be anything, missing the bell tower, the facade, the churchyard, etc.
Inside, the room is large and confirms Michelucci's example of the "tent-sanctuary". Five huge panels of naive painting decorate the environment and even manage to make me regret the abstract craft works.
