Conserva le statue dei Mistiari, ovvero Passione e Morte di Cristo. Esisteva una Confraternita dedicata all'Annunziata, titolare della Chiesa. È chiamata anche chiesa di Santa Lucia per la statua presente sull'altare maggiore. Formerly dedicated to San Giovanni, it is the oldest church in Sambiase after the Chiesa Matrice. It preserves the statues of the Mistiari, or Passion and Death of Christ. There was a Confraternity dedicated to the Annunciation, owner of the Church. Il campanile è particolare e all'interno vi è una statua di Santa Lucia è racchiusa in una nicchia posta sull’altare. La piccola e dimenticata chiesetta custodisce le statue raffiguranti la passione di Cristo, dette nel dialetto locale Mistiari, in cui ogni statua, nella processione del Venerdì santo, è portata da rappresentati di una categoria sociale: Gesù morto dai religiosi; Gesù nell’orto dai contadini; Gesù legato alla colonna dai muratori; l'Ecce Homo dai barbieri; Gesù Crocifisso dai falegnami; San Giovanni Evangelista dagli impiegati; la Madonna Addolorata dalle vedove o da coloro che hanno perso figli. Un'altra statua è quella di Gesù caricato della Croce.
