In onore al Santissimo si celebra una delle feste più antiche d'Italia risalente al 1700, ogni 5 o 7 anni, (l'ultima è stata realizzata nel 2012) si svolge in città e coinvolge tutta la comunità calatafimese. Periodo della festa Aprile/Maggio.
The Church of our Patron the Most Holy Crucifix inside is one of the most majestic and rich works of Calatafimi. In honor of the Blessed Sacrament, one of the oldest festivals in Italy dating back to 1700 is celebrated, every 5 or 7 years (the last was held in 2012) takes place in the city and involves the entire Calatafimese community. Period of the festival April / May.
