★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa venne chiamata del "Pilone" perchè antecedentemente alla sua costruzione avvenuta nel 1571 esisteva un "pilone" situato in mezzo alla campagna dedicato a San Giorgio e questa piccola costruzione ha dato anche il nome al cantone.
Venne perciò dedicato a questo Santo noto protettore degli umili ed alla Madonna della Neve.
All'interno l'altare è sovrastato da un dipinto su legno raffigurante la "Madonna della Neve" mentre ai lati vi sono due affreschi del pittore Borri dedicati uno a San Giorgio nell'atto di guardare il paese e l'altro a San Rocco intento a guarire un ammalato affetto da piaghe.
 The church was called the "Pylon" because prior to its construction took place in 1571 there was a "pillar" located in the countryside dedicated to St. George and this little building has also given its name to the canton.
It was therefore dedicated to this saint known protector of the humble and the Madonna della Neve.
Inside, the altar is a painting on wood depicting the "Madonna of the Snow" while at the sides there are two frescoes of the painter Borri one dedicated to St. George in the act of looking at the country and the other in San Rocco intent to heal a sick person suffering from sores.
