Posso solo dire che la posizione è strategica sulla strada che permette di raggiungere il Passo del Vescovo (antico e conosciuto snodo che collega la Valceresio con la Valganna, a piedi). Di bell'impatto anche la via Crucis che sale alla Chiesa dal vecchio centro di Arcisate su strada dritta, in salita, con il fondo in sasso (molto bello, peraltro). La vista, la serenità e la tranquillità che si godono dal punto sono impagabili. It does not seem correct to me to judge a place of worship without at least going inside to visit the inside. The Via Crucis that goes up to the Church from the old center of Arcisate on a straight road, uphill, with a stone bottom (very beautiful, by the way) is also very impressive. La via Crucis avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione (almeno pulire i vetri). Nel complesso zona piacevole. Punto di partenza per i sentieri in direzione passo del Vescovo e monte Crocetta. Small church reachable by a steep climb from the upstream side of the town of Arcisate. The Via Crucis would need some maintenance (at least clean the windows). Overall pleasant area. Starting point for the trails in the direction of Passo del Vescovo and Monte Crocetta.

L''interno è completamente affrescata. Particolare l'affresco con simulazione prospettica di una cupola che non c'è! Sulla sommità il sagrato è un lussureggiante prato verde con panchine in pietra e alberi ombrosi. Un angolo di pace sorprendente. Fra l'erba chicchi di riso palesano un recente matrimonio. Come dar torto agli sposi! Il luogo è magnifico. La chiesa è chiusa. Si scorge dalle apertura un interno semplice e mistico. Consiglio scendendo di dirigersi verso la basilica di Arcisate con suo sorprendente campanile. Resti risalenti al 1100. Consiglio la visita della chiesa nella giornate fai d'autunno. Il 17 è 18ottobre e 24 e 25 ottobre 2020. Non tralasciare i resti delle vicine fornaci risalenti al 1901.
