★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fu costruita nella prima metà dell' Ottocento e consacrata nel 1848. In seguito, durante la II guerra mondiale, subì alcuni danneggiamenti e nel 1950 fu restaurata e nuovamente consacrata.
A croce latina e a tre navate, conserva alcune opere di notevole pregio. Nella navata laterale destra si trova un piccolissimo portale di un ciborio in marmo, risalente al XVI secolo, dove a bassorilievo sono raffigurati quattro angioletti che pregano inginocchiati inseriti in una architettura sulla quale poggia una lunetta che reca il Cristo benedicente. L' altare dedicato alla Madonna delle Grazie presenta una pala realizzata in legno intagliato e dorato che contiene quindici quadretti disposti a cornice con immagini della vita di Gesù; al centro è inserita una tavola con la Madonna col Bambino. Sopra l'altare maggiore è sospeso un Crocifisso in legno policromo della metà del XV secolo.
It was built in the first half of the nineteenth century and consecrated in 1848. Later, during the Second World War, it suffered some damage and in 1950 it was restored and consecrated again.
A Latin cross and three naves, preserves some works of considerable value. In the right aisle there is a small portal of a marble ciborium, dating back to the sixteenth century, where bas-reliefs are depicted four little angels praying kneeling inserted in an architecture on which rests a lunette bearing Christ blessing. The altar dedicated to the Madonna delle Grazie has an altarpiece made of carved and gilded wood that contains fifteen small squares framed with images of the life of Jesus; in the center there is a table with the Madonna and Child. Above the main altar there is a polychrome wooden crucifix from the mid-fifteenth century.
