★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La migliore crema che si possa trovare in una brioches. Anche i panini sono gustosi. Non capisco come mai abbiano ancora orari ridotti come se fossimo in pieno lockdown. Tutti gli altri bar funzionano regolarmente e soprattutto non fanno il fastidioso ballo della mattonella proposto da questo locale: “lei si metta sul quadrato verde, aspetti, no, ancora uno, lei aspetti fuori”. È un sistema davvero antipatico. Se restassero aperti normalmente ed eliminassero questa pantomima, che davvero esiste solo qui, ritornerebbero sicuramente ad essere il frequentatissimo bar che era pre Covid. Avrebbero più smercio, produrrebbero più roba e non starebbero più con due brioschine in vetrina
 The best cream you can find in a brioches. Sandwiches are also tasty. I don't understand why they still have reduced hours as if we were in full lockdown. All the other bars work regularly and above all they do not do the annoying tile dance proposed by this place: "you get on the green square, wait, no, one more, you wait outside". It's a really nasty system. If they remained open normally and eliminated this pantomime, which really only exists here, they would certainly return to being the very popular bar that was pre Covid. They would have more sales, would produce more stuff and would no longer be with two briochines in the window

I really like the pastry style. Too bad the seating. However, it remains one of the best pastry shops in Prato.
