★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'arte bianca trova la sua giusta connotazione in questo che, molto riduttivamente, sembra un panificio ma che in realtà è "una galleria di opere artigianali". Il Maestro Ciro Petrosino, il nostro personalissimo Gabriele Bonci (a cui, tra l'altro, non ha nulla da invidiare), non ha eguali in materia di panificazione. E siccome dietro ogni grande uomo c'è sempre una grande donna, essendo Ciro Petrosino non grande ma immenso, ha addirittura due donne dietro di sé. Il pane, "solo con acqua e farina", lasciamolo fare agli altri. Qui, oltre l'acqua, la farina, il lievito, c'è arte, professionalità e amore. Provare per credere. Ad majora semper
