S	Stefy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io mi sono trovata malissimo.Prima cosa ogni volta che vuoi qualcosa non c'è mai niente.....seconda cosa ordino della roba che mi piaceva ma I leggins che volevo non riuscivo mai a prenderli e x non pagare due volte la spedizioni ho chiesto gentilmente se era possibile mettere da parte il mio ordine aspettando che i leggins tornassero disponibili. Prima si poteva fare poi appena ordino non si poteva più fare si sono inventate che i leggins non sarebbe più arrivato!! Quindi concludo l ordine la mattina dopo i leggins torna disponibile.... False!!! Gli invio un msg neanche hanno il. Coraggio di rispondere... I found myself very badly. Sono andata quindi a vedere ed effettivamente è uno spaccio gestito da cinesi che vende le stesse cose a pochi euro.loro sono carine e la spedizione è veloce però data la qualità non credo prenderò più nulla. Sells CHINESE clothing. I realized this because I live in Prato and the labels are marked by the supplier who has the companies in Prato. Non era la prima volta che facevo un ordine online con loro ed era sempre andato tutto bene ma la serietà si vede quando si presenta un problema. Ed e successo: un ordine non mi è mai arrivato, non si sa si è perso o è stato rubato, dato che il corriere sostiene di averlo consegnato. Sono solo 9€ ma non mi sembra corretto. Dopo un mese, nessun rimborso o tentativo almeno di rimandarlo. Unfortunately very disappointed. It was not the first time I made an order online with them and everything was always fine but the seriousness is seen when a problem arises. And it happened: an order never arrived, no one knows it was lost or stolen, since the courier claims to have delivered it. They are only 9 € but it does not seem correct to me. After a month, no refunds or attempts to at least postpone it.

Ho acquistato un tailleur per la laurea peccato che mi sia arrivato dopo due giorni essermi laureata perché è stato spedito troppo in ritardo, nonostante mi fossi raccomandata per la puntualità. Inoltre, per avviare lo stato di rimborso del reso ho aspettato per più di 10 giorni. I love Marzia, she is very sweet, she works hard and with passion but unfortunately I have to say that those who work for customer service are unprofessional and lack interest in the customer. They do not respond to repeated messages either on whatsapp or via email. I bought a suit for my graduation.
