prezzi leggermente superiori alla media di mercato, ne è valsa la pena.

In un secondo tempo abbiamo deciso di ristrutturare la vecchia casa dei miei suoceri, progetto ed esecuzione affidato alle mani esperte dell’azienda CHAIRA TEKNOPROJECT.
I visited several construction sites, villas under construction by the CHIARA TEKNOPROJECT construction company. Friendly and helpful staff, professionally trained. Later we decided to renovate my in-laws' old house, project and execution entrusted to the expert hands of the company CHAIRA TEKNOPROJECT.

Ho richiesto un dettaglio specifico in merito al super bonus 110%, agli incentivi per le detrazioni del 50% della ristrutturazione e altri recuperi fiscali. Ho fatto presente l'urgenza nell'avere queste informazioni e in 3 giorni é stato fatto il sopralluogo e ho ricevuto gratuitamente un preventivo dettagliato . Il costo finale risulta vantaggioso. In December 2020 we signed a newly built semi-detached apartment to be customized built by the CHIARA TEKNOPROJECT srl company.
