★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità e carica umana. Soprattutto medico motivante e gratificante. Mangi di tutto (ciò che è sano) con moderazione. Diffidate delle diete 'lampo'! Ci vuole tempo e costanza. E finalmente ho imparato a mangiare bene sfatando falsi miti (la pasta fa ingrassare? No!). a proposito ...ho perso 12 kg. Grazie dottoressa!
Professionalism and human charge. Above all, motivating and rewarding doctor. Eat everything (what is healthy) in moderation. Beware of 'lightning' diets! It takes time and consistency. And finally I learned to eat well by debunking false myths (does pasta make you fat? No!). by the way ... I lost 12 kg. Thanks doctor!
