★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un preventivo specifico per varie tappe (sembrava una richiesta impossibile per loro). Non sono stati in grado di dare risposte soddisfacenti. A partire da due tratte con crociera andata/ritorno, ripeteva non ci fossero (pensando che non venissero vendute dalla compagnia) . Una volta insistito, per caso, sono spuntate fuori.
Alla richiesta di biglietti flixbus, dice che non gli è possibile venderli e ce li saremmo dovuti fare per conto nostro su internet.
In ultimo, alla richiesta di un hotel, non ci poteva far vedere una lista, né fare un preventivo fin quando non avremmo confermato le tratte con la crociera.
(Eppure subito dopo ci siamo recati in un'altra agenzia viaggi e abbiamo potuto avere preventivi completi di tutto)
Esperienza davvero negativa.
I asked for a specific quote for various stages (it seemed an impossible request for them). They have not been able to give satisfactory answers. Starting with two routes with a round trip cruise, he repeated there were none (assuming they were not sold by the company). Once insisted, by chance, they popped up.
When asked for flixbus tickets, he says he can't sell them and we should have done them on our own on the internet.
Finally, when asked for a hotel, he could not show us a list or make a quote until we confirmed the routes with the cruise.
(Yet soon after we went to another travel agency and we were able to have complete quotes of everything)
Really bad experience.
