NON ORDINATE DA QUESTA FARMACIA, NON E' ASSOLUTAMENTE AFFIDABILE In data 23 marzo, ho contattato per telefono la farmacia per assicurarmi, prima di fare l'ordine online direttamente dal loro sito web, che i prodotti che cercavo fossero realmente disponibili come riportato sul sito. Una volta ricevuta la conferma che i prodotti fossero disponibili, ho confermato l'ordine online. Il giorno dopo ho contattato nuovamente la farmacia per conoscere i tempi di spedizione e mi è stato risposto per iscritto che tempo 4/5 giorni avrei ricevuto l'ordine, salvo rallentamenti dovuti all'emergenza. Nessun avviso circa la mancata disponibilità dei prodotti. OGGI 26 marzo 2020 vengo contattata dalla farmacia (per via telefonica) e mi viene detto che i prodotti NON SONO PIÚ' DISPONIBILI e che quindi NON LI RICEVERO'. A questo punto, spero almeno in un rimborso ???? ATTENTION! ??? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PHARMACY, AND NOT 'ABSOLUTELY RELIABLE On March 23, I contacted the pharmacy by phone to make sure, before placing the order online directly from their website, that the products I was looking for were actually available as reported on the site. Once I received confirmation that the products were available, I confirmed the order online. The next day I contacted the pharmacy again to find out the shipping times and I was replied in writing that 4/5 days I would receive the order, except for delays due to the emergency. No notice about the unavailability of the products. TODAY March 26, 2020 I come from the pharmacy contacted (by telephone) and I am told that the products ARE NOT MORE 'AVAILABLE and therefore DO NOT RECEIVE'. At this point, I hope at least to a refund

Poca chiarezza e nessuna customare care purtroppo. Molto negativa l’esperienza After a first purchase you sent me wrong with another product even if similar but of a different price I asked him for explanations having paid more than what was on offer with which I would have saved even a few euros you replied that the product was the same and so I wouldn't have been compensated. Little clarity and no customizing care unfortunately. The experience is very negative

Comunicano solamente che i prodotti sono stati spediti senza alcuna informazione per seguire la spedizione, neppure il nome del corriere. Very slow service, impossible to talk to them by phone to ask for information on shipping. They only communicate that the products have been shipped without any information to track the shipment, not even the name of the courier.

M	Marco Ardito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione,disorganizzati e negligenti,nessun feeling con il cliente se non con risposte asettiche,prodotti disponibili non sono disponibili realmente,ho cercato di proporre loro alternative con sostituzioni articoli e diverse spedizioni perdendoci pure con le spese di spedizioni ma niente ,non hanno nessuna voglia di sbattersi,dopo 3 giorni di comunicazioni con mail in cui ogni volta mi avvisavano( con molta calma che i prodotti non erano disponibili) ho dovuto annullare gli ordini mio malgrado,mai visto niente del genere,ed io sono normalmente tollerante e ben disposto,...mai più! Rimborsi effettuati subito ma di prassi ci vorranno alcuni giorni per accredito quindi ulteriore tempo sprecato ed io ho bisogno di prodotti per celiaci. Attention, disorganized and negligent, no feeling with the customer except with aseptic responses, available products are not really available, I tried to offer them alternatives with item replacements and different shipments, even losing us with the shipping costs but nothing, they have no desire after 3 days of communication with e-mails in which every time they warned me (very calmly that the products were not available) I had to cancel my orders in spite of myself, never seen anything like this, and I am normally tolerant and well disposed, ...never again! Refunds made immediately but as a rule it will take a few days to be credited, therefore further wasted time and I need products for celiacs.

Sono tornata successivamente e mi è stato detto che non sono tenuti ad esporre i prezzi e che essendo recentemente entrati a far parte del circuito Lafarmacia molti prodotti hanno esposto un prezzo diverso da quello dovuto (ovviamente a sfavore del cliente). Buonasera, vi ringrazio per il riscontro e certamente oggi ho usufruito di una nuova offerta. Il fatto che stiate aggiornando i prezzi a mio avviso non giustifica l'accaduto. Probabilmente non avete abbastanza interesse per i vs clienti, ma non c'è problema...ci sono tante farmacie in zona!!
