β β β β β Today I had a cooking class at Chefactory with Francesco. A good to improve private cooking skills or for a group activity (travel, team building etc.).
I really enjoyed today's class and learning from him. .A great heart, spirit of teaching and classical Italian friendliness. A great team. I wish you and your team a lot of success.

β β β β β Amazing experience! I don't like pasta (bad experience as a kid) but this renewed my curiosity to try it, and there's nothing like fresh pasta while in Italy! The chef/owner of this academy is vibrant, full of life, enjoys his job! He was engaging, knowledgeable, and so much fun to learn from! On my prior trip to Italy, I did a pizza making class....this Pasta making class was SO MUCH BETTER than that was!!
My only complaint is that the wine served was a bit funky...otherwise AMAZING experience!!!

β β β β β Yesterday, I had a tour of the Market Centrale from Francesco and then we went to his academy where he assisted my in learning about Florntine cooking basics. Francesco was thorough but patient and kind and at no time did I feel rushed. This was a fantastic experience and if you are visiting Florence I would highly recommend checking his availability. What a great day...certainly a highlight of my trip to Italy!

β β β β β Took a pasta cooking class here that we found on Airbnb. It was terrific! And tasty! Francesco, the class teacher/chef was wonderful. Very engaging, super knowledgeable, spoke at least 3 languages. Now I know how to make gnocchi, ravioli, and fettuccine. And mini pizzas.

β β β β β Great hands on experience of Italian cooking and enjoying the finished product in a fun atmosphere. Techniques for each step were demonstrated and explained in an interactive manner. Francisco created a lovely and memorable immersion into Tuscany.

β β β β β We spent a wonderful morning learning to make pasta with Chef Francesco. He was fun and very informative and, most importantly, the food he showed us how to create was fantastic. Gnocchi with Bolognese sauce, fettuccine with tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic, and spinach ricotta raviolis with butter and sage sauce. Francesco was a good host and I highly recommend his classes.
