We had a really wonderful afternoon doing Chef Paulo’s pasta and sauces class. We learned so much (tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli, many many different sauces and dessert!) and had loads of fun. We were a group of 4 with varying cooking experience and everybody loved it! The food was delicious (and there was a lot - don’t have lunch before you come!!) and we are really excited to put our new skills to use at home. Thank you very much - grazie mille - chef Paulo!

Chef Paolo conducts a fantastic cooking school outside of Lucca Italy. During March 2019 my wife and I participated in his one week cooking school. His teaching area is well stocked with up to date kitchen equipment. During the daily four hour class one of his restaurant staff was present and cleaned up after us. As Chef Paolo told us since we were on vacation we should not have to clean up in the kitchen. This is typical of the care and concern Chef gives to his clients. The apartment accommodation was terrific with daily housekeeping cleanup. Breakfast was included and the warm croissants delivered by the Chef were a nice welcome to the day. And his restaurant serves wonderful food to the local population for lunch and dinner. Some of the dishes on the restaurant menu we prepared as part of the course. Chef Paolo speaks fluent English and is very entertaining during the cooking classes. We had a wonderful time learning to cook in the Tuscan way. After our return home we invited friends for Cooking Italian Nights at our home and cooked the delicious food and discussed our amazing experience with Chef Paolo. I highly recommend Chef Paolo and would go back again.

What a great day, lots of fun, hard work in the kitchen followed by an amazing meal we cooked ourselves. Highly recommended for groups looking to do something different and fun. Paolo was fantastic!

This has been my all time favorite cooking class. Chef Paolo is very personable, entertaining and has such a wealth of knowledge. Each dish made was heavenly! I am a picky eater though every dish we made was absolutely delicious. I have already made many of the dishes back home and would love to go back to learn more. If you love to learn and want to bring back home some of the dishes you enjoyed from your trip, I highly recommend this cooking school!

Wonderful time learning about Italy's culinary history filled with fun anecdotes, olive oil tastings, lots and lots of cooking/food (come hungry!!). We made several antipasti, four different kinds of pasta, two main dishes, and dessert. So delicious. Chef Monti is an amazing teacher and fantastic chef. Highlight of our trip! Definitely recommend.

Excellent experience with Chef Paolo who made it fun and informative. Delicious food that you not only learn to cook but then get to eat in a lovely informal setting. Recommend visiting .. make sure you go with a good apatite ?

We had a great experience. Chef Paolo taught us all about bread and the different flours and yeasts. We were 2 people, and we cooked 8 pizzas, 1 dessert pizza, white rolls, wheat rolls, and focaccia. It was a great learning opportunity as well as a fun time. It is slightly pricey at 65€ per person, but Chef Paolo gives you copies of all the recipes and we were able to take leftovers. I want to go back and try some other classes.

Great culinary and social experience with chef Paolo. Everything was perfectly organized and not intimidating at all. Our family of four learned a lot today and shared cultural experiences in 3 languages. We will cherish this memory for years to come, and hopefully replicate some of the pasta dishes as well as your lovely dessert. Gracie mille Chef.
