Qui sono riuscito a rafforzare e apprendere tutte le tecniche e nozioni che mi serviranno per il mio futuro da pasticcere. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff della scuola, a tutti gli insegnanti ai collaboratori e soprattutto ai miei colleghi del corso. Un posto unico dove mi sono sentito veramente a casa. My experience at the chef academy was fantastic. Here I was able to strengthen and learn all the techniques and notions that I will need for my future as a pastry chef. Thanks to all the school staff, to all teachers, collaborators and especially to my colleagues on the course. A unique place where I truly felt at home.

Ringrazio vivamente tutto il corpo docenti e segreteria nonché il direttore il quale non ha mai smesso di darci le giuste indicazioni su tutto l iter didattico-formativo. È un percorso Breve ma con molta possibilità di apprendere, attraverso tantissima pratica. Questa academia è di ottimo livello, appartire dalle attrezzature, dagli insegnanti/professori/chef e nonché da tutti i collaboratori. In questa scuola sono riuscita ad avere fiducia in me stessa, sono riuscita a rafforzare e intraprendere tutte le tecniche e nozioni che mi serviranno anche in futuro. It is a short path but with a lot of learning opportunities, through a lot of practice. This academy is of an excellent standard, belonging to the equipment, the teachers / professors / chefs and as well as all the collaborators. In this school I was able to have confidence in myself, I was able to strengthen and undertake all the techniques and notions that I will need also in the future. La Chef Academy è una scuola meravigliosa.. è stato bellissimo poter lavorare in un laboratorio spazioso, super organizzato e fornitissimo di tutte le attrezzature all'avanguardia, necessarie da conoscere per poter svolgere al meglio questo lavoro. Ho imparato tantissimo, giorno per giorno, dagli chef, che con le loro differenze e la loro professionalità mi hanno trasmesso il loro sapere e il cuore che mettono in quello che fanno. È stato un onore poter imparare da loro e poterli osservare mentre lavoravano. Le persone dello staff della Chef Academy, dalle ragazze in segreteria, al Direttore, al fantastico Tutor Giuseppe sono persone di cuore e stupende che con la loro gentilezza, dedizione e passione per questo mondo, ti aiutano e accompagnano in questo viaggio. Il rapporto che ho creato con i miei colleghi è stato davvero speciale... insieme abbiamo imparato, siamo cresciuti, ci siamo tanto divertiti e ci siamo messi sotto e confrontati per assimilare tutto ciò che ci insegnavano. Mi sento molto fortunata ad aver scelto questa scuola... Mi ha preparato moltissimo a livello professionale e mi ha dato tantissimo a livello umano.. per me è stata come una seconda casa! Molto utile per un accrescimento nell'ambito lavorativo ma anche al livello personale, dove sono nati legami con lo staff e con i miei collegi... Possiamo definirla FAMIGLIA. L'accademia è super attrezzata e organizzata, tutti i docenti sono molto preparati e disponibili, il corso è ben strutturato e da una buonissima preparazione a livello professionale. La parte migliore è poi la possibilità di poter svolgere lo stage, con una vasta scelta tra tantissime strutture, anche stellate. Proprio grazie allo stage, ho avuto la possibilità di essere assunto ed entrare subito nel mondo della ristorazione. Consiglio tantissimo il corso, a chiunque voglia realizzarsi professionalmente.
