Pita, rustici e pasticciotti.. . panzerotti al forno e fritti al momento, fanno da dogma a un locale che grazie alla giovane nuova gestione.... ogni tanto si spinge anche più in là con qualche sfizziosa e succulenta novità. Immancabile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un angolo di sfiziosità pugliesi a Ferrara, in via Mortara, a due passi da corso Giovecca. Panzerotti fritti sul momento, rustici e pasticciotti alla crema buonissimi (detto da una pugliese). Tutto viene preparato e fritto sul momento e questo credo sia un bel punto di forza. Tra le varie proposte anche pitte, rustici, arancini e fritti vari. I gestori sono gentili e simpatici.
