★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla ricerca di una casa a Riccione, mi sono rivolta a molte agenzie immobiliari, ma in nessun caso ho trovato un servizio così attento ed efficiente come quello dell’agenzia “Che Casa!” di Riccione.
L’aspetto più importante, che ho molto apprezzato e che ha fatto la differenza rispetto ad altre immobiliari, è stata la capacità di Raffaella e Gianluca di ascoltare il cliente, di comprendere a fondo le esigenze, di capire le perplessità e i timori, dipanando dubbi e consigliando soluzioni.
La consulenza immobiliare dell’agenzia “Che Casa!” è stata veramente eccezionale: professionalità e disponibilità hanno caratterizzato ogni passo del processo di acquisto.
Dall’individuazione dell’appartamento giusto per me, alla trattativa, fino al rogito, Raffaella e Gianluca sono stati al mio fianco. E non solo! Hanno anche provveduto ( direttamente loro) tempestivamente all’attivazione delle utenze facilitando moltissimo il mio ingresso nel nuovo appartamento.
Insomma... se ho trovato la casa perfetta per me è stato merito loro! GRAZIE !!!

The most important aspect, which I greatly appreciated and which made the difference with respect to other real estate, was the ability of Raffaella and Gianluca to listen to the client, to fully understand the needs, to understand the concerns and fears, unraveling doubts and advising solutions.
The real estate consultancy agency "Che Casa!" Was truly exceptional: professionalism and availability characterized every step of the purchasing process.
From the identification of the right apartment for me, to the negotiation, to the deed, Raffaella and Gianluca were by my side. And not only! They also provided (directly to them) promptly the activation of utilities, greatly facilitating my entry into the new apartment.
In short ... if I found the perfect home for me it was thanks to them! THANK YOU !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Mi è rimasta solo ansia e preoccupazione. State attenti a questa agenzia! L’agente immobiliare Raffaella si mette d'accordo con un certo proprietario di casa che si presenta come il bancario... poi con eccessiva gentilezza ti chiedono carta d’identita’ , codice fiscale , fanno le fotocopie e ti chiedono di fare pagamenti senza ricevute e senza fatture sia all’agenzia che al proprietario di casa e addirittura cercano di evitare contratto di affitto .... alla fine spariscono nel nulla senza tanti spiegazioni.. che fine hanno fatto tutte le mie copie documenti è un grosso punto interrogativo, avendo già bruttissima esperienza con il furto d’identità.. il comportamento di questo genere è da denunciare.. occhio!!! P.S. leggendo commenti ho scoperto che Raffaella prende in giro diversa gente... a saperlo prima...
Bad experience. All I have left is anxiety and worry. Beware of this agency! The real estate agent Raffaella makes an agreement with a certain homeowner who introduces himself as the banker ... then with excessive kindness they ask you for an identity card, tax code, make photocopies and ask you to make payments without receipts and no invoices from both the agency and the homeowner and even try to avoid the rental contract .... in the end they disappear into thin air without much explanation .. what happened to all my copies of documents is a big question mark, having already very bad experience with identity theft .. the behavior of this kind is to be reported .. eye !!! P.S. reading comments I discovered that Raffaella makes fun of different people ... to know first ...

All'interno trovate persone fantastiche, ultra competenti ma più di ogni altra cosa umane. Si percepisce subito la passione che Daniela, Patrizia ed Emanuele mettono nel loro lavoro e ogni passaggio della nostra operazione è stato seguito nel dettaglio. Consigliamo senz'altro l'agenzia per comprare o vendere casa in tutta tranquillità e consigliamo ancora di più le persone perché è davvero raro trovare un posto dove passione, professionalità e umanità si incontrano per davvero!
