Non fatevi ingannare dall'età dello stabile perché i piatti sono di gran lunga superiore alle aspettative. Excellent quality restaurant, I recommend to be guided by the Chef's advice for the choice of dishes. Don't be fooled by the age of the building because the dishes far exceed expectations.

Servizio impeccabile. Excellent fish-based lunch ..... the raw material is really of quality and all the dishes tasted were excellent. The desserts are also good. Impeccable service.

Ok ma appena visto il menù degustazione 10 antipasti, crudi, marinati e cotti abbiamo proposto il cambio, con sconto da definire. Scelta saggia per soddisfare il palato al 100per100! Dessert deliziosi. Ritorneremo! Thursday evening, booked with voucher. Appetizer, first and second for two, you pay for one. Ok but as soon as we saw the tasting menu 10 appetizers, raw, marinated and cooked, we proposed the change, with a discount to be defined. Wise choice to satisfy the palate 100per100! Delicious desserts. We will be back!

La titolare è molto gentile. Il prezzo è adeguato alla qualità. Consigliato con la massima convinzione Very well from all points of view. Il conto è giusto, commisurato alla qualità. Qualche nota negativa c'è ed è davvero un peccato. Su questa ultima cosa mi sentirei di dare il mio consiglio, sperando che sia cosa gradita e possa servire. La location può essere curata maggiormente, la bottiglia d'acqua mostrava qualche segno di calcare alla base, io l'avrei aperta a tavola vista l'importanza che gli è stata data sul menù, qualche grissino aveva preso aria. Piccole cose che mi hanno lasciano perplesso e dispiaciuto per aver vissuto una esperienza magnifica....ma solo a metà. The quality is there and it shows. I congratulate the cook. There is also courtesy, because the lady who served us was very attentive to our needs. The bill is fair, commensurate with the quality. There are some negative notes and it is really a shame. On this last thing I would feel like giving my advice, hoping it will be appreciated and can be useful. The location can be treated better, the water bottle showed some signs of limestone at the base, I would have opened it at the table given the importance that was given to it on the menu, some bread sticks had taken air. Little things that have left me perplexed and sorry for having lived a magnificent experience .... but only halfway.

Premetto che, a sala completamente deserta, (io, unica commensale) mi sarei aspettata qualcosina di più. Buono l'éntree e la tartare di gambero.. ma li mi fermo. Avevo aspettative migliori nei confronti della crudité (vista in foto sul web, ma non corrispondente) oltre al fatto che la tartare di tonno era di colore marrone molto molto scuro e dal sapore poco convincente. Una vera delusione i paccheri con l'aringa ed il broccolo fiolaro, lasciati totalmentenel piatto! Tralascio l'eccessivo utilizzo del sale, o insaporitori vari, ma l'eccessivo utilizzo a sproposito di peperoncino ha anestetizzato tutto il sapore del piatto, rendendolo immangiabile! Peccato. Migliorabile.. Excited by some reviews I went with curiosity to this restaurant. I state that, when the room is completely deserted, (me, the only diner) I would have expected a little more. The etree and the prawn tartare are good .. but I'll stop them. I had better expectations regarding the crudité (seen in the photo on the web, but not corresponding) in addition to the fact that the tuna tartare was very very dark brown in color and with an unconvincing taste. A real disappointment are the paccheri with herring and broccoli fiolaro, left totally on the plate! I omit the excessive use of salt, or various seasonings, but the excessive use of chili pepper has anesthetized all the flavor of the dish, making it inedible! Pity. Improved ..
