Tengo molto ai miei capelli e il trattamento avuto all'apertura del negozio è stato buono, tanto da convincermi a cambiare parrucchiere per dare fiducia alla titolare, Olga, precedentemente dipendente presso un'altra attività e poi alla "caccia di clienti affezionati" da portare nel suo negozio. In questo è stata brava (seppur poco onesta nei confronti del suo vecchio titolare) ma tutto cambia quando si diventa clienti "affezionati" (o almeno si pensa di esserlo). A quel punto diventi un "numero assicurato" da rifilare alle assistenti inesperte e lente, criticate dalla stessa titolare ma assunte (forse) per tappare i buchi. Olga non ha il senso degli affari, del sociale e dell'approccio e cura della clientela. Ho provato, nonostante tutto, a dare una seconda possibilità (che non si nega a nessuno) ma lei ha preferito perdere una cliente (e con me, non solo una) . Da sconsigliare vivamente se cercate un parrucchiere di fiducia. Se passate per caso o trovate un coupon da sfruttare forse ne vale la pena ma solo per cambiare.
After years of trust I find myself having to negatively review this business. I care a lot about my hair and the treatment I had when opening the shop was good, enough to convince me to change hairdresser to give confidence to the owner, Olga, previously employed in another business and then to the "hunting for loyal customers" to bring in his shop. In this she was good (albeit not very honest towards her old owner) but everything changes when you become "loyal" customers (or at least you think you are). At that point you become an "insured number" to be trimmed to inexperienced and slow assistants, criticized by the same owner but hired (perhaps) to plug the holes. Olga does not have a sense of business, social and customer approach and care. Despite everything, I tried to give a second chance (which nobody denies) but she preferred to lose a client (and with me, not just one). Not recommended if you are looking for a trusted hairdresser. If you pass by chance or find a coupon to take advantage of maybe it's worth it but only to change.
