P	Paola Gianni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio deludente, senza ma e senza se! Non si può aspettare più di un’ora solo per prendere la prenotazione, neanche l’acqua! Nessuno che si avvicinava! Alla richiesta di prendere L ordinazione almeno dei bambini una risposta secca di no. richieste tre volte una confezione di grissini per i bambini. A fine cena abbiamo richiesto noi pure per ordinare amari/caffè (alla cui domanda la risposta è stata: li abbiamo tutti e alla fine non c’era nulla) Quando si lavora con la gente ci vuole tatto, la qualità del cibo fa il 50% del locale, il resto lo fa il personale! La pizza era buona ma aspettare più di 1 ora e un quarto solo per prenotare e poi un’altra ora per mangiare mi sembra assurdo! E anche a questa osservazione la risposta è stata: siamo L unico locale aperto (si ma stai facendo sempre gli stessi coperti e tra L altro a maggior ragione si dovrebbe correre).. oppure sono finiti i prodotti perché abbiamo avuto il pienone (ok ma allora o tieni chiuso o avvisi prima i clienti) A volte è meglio un sorriso e avere L umiltà di dire mi dispiace mancano dei prodotti, perché sei tu che ti proponi per dare un servizio e se vuoi che la gente ti faccia pubblicità o torni lo devi dare come si deve! Disappointing service, no buts and ifs! You can't wait more than an hour just to take the reservation, not even water! No one approaching! When asked to take the order of at least the children, a sharp answer of no. required three times a pack of breadsticks for children. At the end of dinner we also asked to order bitters / coffees (to which the answer was: we all have them and in the end there was nothing) When you work with people you need tact, the quality of the food makes up 50% of the place, the rest is done by the staff! The pizza was good but waiting more than 1 hour and a quarter just to book and then another hour to eat seems absurd to me! And also to this observation the answer was: we are the only place open (yes, but you are always doing the same covers and by the way we should run) .. or the products are finished because we have had a full house (ok but then either keep closed or notify customers first) Sometimes it is better to smile and have the humility to say I'm sorry there are no products, because it is you who propose yourself to give a service and if you want people to advertise or come back you have to give it as it should!

Abbiamo chiesto un occhio di riguardo per i bambini, ci é stato espressamente detto di no da un cameriere e di si dopo oltre un ora dall altro cameriere. La pizza buona ma servizio inesistente e per niente attento Arrived at 21 and 22:15 after requesting consideration several times, they passed to take the orders. Il posto è in pieno centro con possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze della chiesa Madre e della Chiesa anime Sante del purgatorio.
