★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata fare i capelli blu , la mia idea era di tenerli lunghi . La titolare mi ha spiegato che si sarebbero molto seccati e un po' rovinati con le decolorazioni, ma purtroppo si sono letteralmente spaccate le ciocche, motivo per cui ha dovuto ricorrere ad un taglio molto corto ( ho tralasciato di dirle che anni fa feci hennè, appunto perché era passato molto temo ) ingestibile ma anche perché i capelli ( dopo questi trattamenti ) sembravano paglia..... Una volta a casa, nonostante una settimana di impacchi olio ecc, capelli da schifo, ho dovuto passare il rasoio, a casa, perché mi vergognavo ad uscire così, una "rasata" non decisa da me ma obbligata dalle circostanze. Peccato perché il posto è bello ed il personale simpatico, secondo me la titolare dovrebbe fare delle prove se non è sicura di come possa essere il risultato finale, altrimenti la cliente esce triste e scontenta.

Once at home, despite a week of oil packs, etc., disgusting hair, I had to pass the razor, at home , because I was ashamed to go out like this, a "shaved" not decided by me but forced by the circumstances. Too bad because the place is beautiful and the staff nice, in my opinion the owner should do some tests if she is not sure how the final result can be, otherwise the customer is sad and unhappy.

Oggi ho provato la ricostruzione capillare sfruttando il buono ricevuto a Natale come regalo ai clienti (bella l'idea! ?) e ne ho da subito apprezzato i benefici: i capelli appaiono luminosi, leggeri e morbidi al tatto! Molto bravi nel taglio, nel colore e nella piega con prezzi onesti! Andateci ?
