★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In uno scrigno di legno in mezzo al verde, frequento questo corso di yoga con un'insegnante magnifica ,Silvia, molto preparata attenta alle esigenze di ogni singolo, sempre gentile e delicata e' riuscita ad instaurare un clima sereno e positivo nel gruppo .
Mi ha fatto appassionare a questa disciplina che sento farmi bene nel corpo e nella mente.
 In a wooden casket in the middle of the green, I attend this yoga course with a magnificent teacher, Silvia, very prepared attentive to the needs of each individual, always kind and delicate and managed to establish a serene and positive atmosphere in the group.
It made me passionate about this discipline that I feel is doing me well in body and mind.

Interesting yoga course that helps a lot to find the psycho-physical balance, it really gives me a lot of well-being. The teachers are prepared and available, attentive to the different needs of the participants. Quiet and comfortable environment. Highly recommended!
