G	GIOTUS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deludente esperienza! per richiedere una Carta dei servizi mi reco in viale Virgilio ed all'ingresso mi viene chiesto se avevo prenotato. Non sapendo ce ne fosse necessita' chiedo come avrei potuto fare e mi viene mostrato un numero di telefono su un pezzo di carta attaccato sul gabbiotto all'ingresso. Chiamo subito e la sig.na mi prenota per il giorno dopo; chiedo di entrare subito visto che sono sul posto e per non perdere altre ore di lavoro ma nega. Sul registro degli ingressi sbircio e noto che dall'apertura erano all'interno solo 5 persone, in un locale di centinaia di metri quadri! Oggi ritorno, il gentile operatore mi chiede di pagare in contanti perche' il pos non funziona, per i contanti non ha resto; o vado io a mendicare per farmi cambiare 20 € oppure mi deve fare un bollettino da pagare fuori ad un tabacchino per poi tornare all'interno e ritirare il tutto. Assurdo ! Disappointing experience! to request a service card, I go to viale Virgilio and at the entrance I am asked if I had booked. Not knowing there was a need, I ask how I could have done it and I am shown a telephone number on a piece of paper attached to the booth at the entrance. I call immediately and the lady books me for the next day; I ask to enter immediately since I am on site and not to lose more hours of work but he denies. On the entrance register I peek and notice that only 5 people were inside since the opening, in a room of hundreds of square meters! Today I return, the kind operator asks me to pay in cash because the pos does not work, for cash he has no change; either I go to beg to change € 20 or I have to make a bill to pay outside at a tobacconist and then go back inside and collect everything. Absurd!
