★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preventivo sforato con l'accuso. Dalla valutazione iniziale di 330 / 360 euro, effettuata con ispezione diretta delle vele aperte presso la loro sede, siamo finiti a 500 euro. Il tutto senza avere la premura di una telefonata magari per avvisare dell'errata valutazione iniziale.
Peccato, perchè essendo due ragazzi di 27 anni alla loro prima barca, avremmo avuto sicuramente la necessità di costruire un rapporto di fiducia con un velaio! Questo sia per le necessarie riparazioni, sia per le eventuali nuove vele che ci serviranno per questa e le prossime barche.
Budget overrun with the accusation. From the initial assessment of 330/360 euros, carried out with direct inspection of the sails open at their headquarters, we ended up at 500 euros. All without having the hassle of a phone call, perhaps to warn of the incorrect initial evaluation.
Too bad, because being two 27-year-olds on their first boat, we would certainly have needed to build a relationship of trust with a sailmaker! This is both for the necessary repairs and for any new sails that we will need for this and the next boats.
