★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosa dire siamo stati catapultati in un sogno,abbiamo trascorso due giorni meravigliosi. Questo posto è un angolo di paradiso, gli schalet sono tra i più belli che abbiamo visto con tutte le comodità, cucina super attrezzata spazi comodi e studiati nei minimi dettagli, vasca jacuzzi e sauna privati, per non parlare delle attenzioni dei proprietari verso i loro ospiti sono gentilissimi , disponibili e sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni vostra richiesta con immensa gioia e simpatia ed il tutto è contornato da un panorama mozzafiato ci torneremo al più presto grazie di cuore
 What to say we were catapulted into a dream, we spent two wonderful days. This place is a corner of paradise, the schalets are among the most beautiful we have seen with all the comforts, super-equipped kitchen, comfortable spaces and studied in detail, private jacuzzi and sauna, not to mention the attention of the owners towards their guests are very kind, helpful and always ready to fulfill your every request with immense joy and sympathy and everything is surrounded by a breathtaking view we will be back as soon as possible thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilezza e professionalità del personale sicuramente più che all'altezza delle aspettative. Location curata nei minimi dettagli, posto ideale per staccare dalla routine quotidiana e ricaricare le batterie.Ottima e abbondante la prima colazione servita direttamente nello chalet all'orario concordato. Cos'altro aggiungere se non un assolutamente consigliato e un spero di poterci ritornare presto. Grazie di cuore per avermi fatto passare un bellissimo anniversario di matrimonio.
Kindness and professionalism of the staff certainly more than live up to expectations. Location with attention to detail, ideal place to disconnect from the daily routine and recharge your batteries.Excellent and abundant breakfast served directly in the chalet at the agreed time. What else to add if not absolutely recommended and I hope to be back soon. Thank you so much for making me spend a beautiful wedding anniversary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war eine sehr entspannte, herzliche Zeit bei Walter und Rosamunde inklusive Elias, Hannes und Berner Sennenhund Ingo.
Das Wasser die Luft und die Chalets sind wirklich 1A. Besonders interessant war der nächtliche Sternenhimmel über dem Bett.
Traumhafte Aussicht, absolute Ruhe, und Sauna direkt im Häuschen, was will man mehr. Der Whirlpool ist besonders bei Sonnenuntergang zu empfehlen. Vergesst bitte nicht das Glasl Sekt!!
Täglicher Hausservice wenn gewünscht. Alma und Wilma sind Perlen!!
Das Frühstück, wird einem direkt ins Chalet gebracht und ist sehr zu empfehlen: alles biologisch, hausgemacht, teils von Rosamunde und teils aus der Region- wirklich lecker.
Und wenn Ihr noch nie geflogen seid‘s, dann könnt ihr euch sogar in einen Hubschrauber setzen: Abflug direkt hinterm Haus…
It was a very relaxed, warm time with Walter and Rosamunde including Elias, Hannes and Bernese Mountain Dog Ingo.
The water, the air and the chalets are really perfect. The starry night sky above the bed was particularly interesting.
Fantastic view, absolute peace and quiet, and a sauna right in the house, what more could you want. The whirlpool is particularly recommended at sunset. Please don't forget the glass of sparkling wine !!
Daily house service if desired. Alma and Wilma are pearls !!
Breakfast is brought directly to the chalet and is very recommendable: everything organic, homemade, partly from Rosamunde and partly from the region - really delicious.
And if you've never flown before, you can even sit in a helicopter: take off directly behind the house ...

Die Gastfreundschaft ehr mäßig...
Rosamunde die Gastgeberin war sehr unfreundlich und unverschämt.
Bei normaler Nutzung wurde ein Saunaeimer beschädigt.
Aufgrund dieses Vorfalles hat Rosamunde einen von uns morgens in die Rezeption gebeten um sie auf unverschämteste Weise zu beschimpfen und zurecht zu weisen. Auf die Frage wiso werde ich so angebrüllt und behandelt folgten Aussagen wie: "Ich erlaube mir mit dir so zu reden ich könnte deine Mutter sein"
Desweiteren wollte Frau Rosamunde mit uns einen Kontrollrundgang am Ende des Aufenthaltes machen....
Einem weiteren Gast wurde zugesagt 2 Nächte zu bleiben. Nachdem dieser eine Nacht dort war. Nach dem Vorfall mit dem Saunaeimer wurde ihm gesagt er müsste bis 11:00 Uhr den Hof verlassen.
Rosamunde wusste das das Auto dieses Gastes auf der Straße liegen geblieben ist und abgeschleppt werden müsste...
Der Aufenthalt konnten wir nicht genießen und fühlten uns nicht Wohl und willkommen.
Die 2 Jungs der Familie waren seh freundlich!
The whole facility and the ambience is great.
The hospitality very moderate...
Rosamunde the hostess was very rude and rude.
A sauna bucket was damaged during normal use.
Because of this incident, Rosamunde asked one of us to come to reception in the morning to insult and correct her in the most outrageous way. When asked why I am yelled at and treated with the following statements such as: "I allow myself to talk to you like I could be your mother"
Furthermore, Mrs. Rosamunde wanted to do a control tour with us at the end of the stay....
Another guest was promised to stay 2 nights. After he was there one night. After the sauna bucket incident, he was told to leave the yard by 11:00 am.
Rosamunde knew that this guest's car had broken down on the street and had to be towed away...
We couldn't enjoy the stay and didn't feel comfortable and welcome.
The 2 boys of the family were very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Lage inmitten der Dolomiten – sehr entspannten und freundlichen Gastgebern. Das Chalet lässt keine Wünsche offen, mit Küche, Sauna, Whirlpool, Terrasse mit Blick auf den Bergen. Perfekter Urlaubsrückkiezoase für entspannte Urlaubstage in den Bergen.
Very nice location in the middle of the Dolomites - very relaxed and friendly hosts. The chalet leaves nothing to be desired, with kitchen, sauna, whirlpool, terrace with a view of the mountains. Perfect holiday backyard oasis for relaxing holidays in the mountains.

Das Zimmer war super sauber und der Service unschlagbar ! Egal ob Frühstück aufs Zimmer, Helikopter Flug oder tägliche Wurstplatte aufs Zimmer, für den Familienbetrieb selbstverständlich, den Gästen immer den besten Service zu bieten. Jeder der Besitzer ist super nett und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause ?
Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, würden wir auch diese geben! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, danke euch für die tolle Zeit ?

The room was super clean and the service unbeatable! Whether it's breakfast in the room, a helicopter flight or a daily sausage platter in the room, it goes without saying that the family business always offers its guests the best service. Each of the owners is super nice and you immediately feel at home ?
If there were more than 5 stars, we would give those too! We'll definitely be back, thank you for the great time ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren im Januar zu Gast. Wünderschöne Chalets, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sehr schöner Whirlpool und eine eigene Sauna im Chalet, einfach wunderbar. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und wunderbar umsorgt. Besten Dank und bis bald hoffentlich.
Visited in January. Beautiful chalets, very clean and nicely decorated. Very nice jacuzzi and a private sauna in the chalet, just wonderful. We were warmly welcomed and wonderfully cared for. Many thanks and hope to see you soon.
