La vera chicca è la proposta culinaria.
Abbiamo cenato davvero bene,materia prima di ottima qualità,trattata con passione e rispetto.
Assolutamente da provare il fritto e i moscardini in umido!

Intanto da 62 anni è gestito dalla stessa famiglia, oggi in campo.c'è la.terza generazione e.come.il buon vino, invecchiando ha guadagnato in professionalità e accoglienza, affinando uno standard già molto alto;
Poi in tutti questi anni non è mai rimasto fermo, si è sempre migliorato accettando di non correre dietro alle mode ma mettendo al centro sempre e solo il turista.
Davvero bravi, complimenti;
Oggi la gioia doppia, dovendo parlare con una leggenda vivente, Harry Shindler di 100, gli ho chiesto dove aveva piacere di prendere un caffè e senza.esitazione mi.ha risposto: "al Pinguino per favore"
