Io e il mio gruppo di amici siamo andati circa due-tre settimane prima dell'inizio della stagione per affittare un ombrellone allettati dalla spiaggia curata... Andati a parlare con loro ci hanno detto che si, era disponibile l'ombrellone, e dopo averci fatto scegliere la posizione la signora ci chiede però di ripassare quando ci fosse stato anche il fratello (titolare) per la conferma. Dopodiché il signore in questione è stato piuttosto irreperibile... Una volta perché era impegnato in cucina, un'altra perché era di fretta... Insomma è andata avanti per due settimane così, fino a quando abbiamo detto loro che avremmo preso posto in un altro chalet, al che ci hanno dato l'ombrellone nella posizione precedentemente accordata. La settimana successiva, pensando che la tragicomica odissea fosse terminata, veniamo raggiunti dalla sorella del titolare dicendo che non potevamo più stare in quell'ombrellone ma saremmo dovuti arretrare in ultima fila perché quella fila di ombrelloni sarebbe dovuta essere stata "preservata" (a detta in seguito dal titolare) ai clienti del suo hotel qualora ci fosse stata una mareggiata... Ovviamente noi abbiamo preso e cambiato chalet visto che la stagione era già iniziata e rischiavamo di rimanere senza chalet dopo l'ennesima presa in giro... Esperienza fuori dal comune... Per non dire altro... Ma comunque da evitare! I could put 0 stars ... Me and my group of friends went about two-three weeks before the start of the season to rent an umbrella enticed by the well-kept beach ... Went to talk to them they told us that yes, it was the umbrella is available, and after having made us choose the position, however, the lady asks us to come back when the brother (owner) was also there for confirmation. After that the gentleman in question was quite unavailable ... Once because he was busy in the kitchen, another because he was in a hurry ... In short, it went on for two weeks like this, until we told them that we would take a seat in another chalet, to which we were given the umbrella in the previously agreed position. The following week, thinking that the tragicomic odyssey was over, we are joined by the owner's sister saying that we could no longer stay in that umbrella but we would have to move back to the last row because that row of umbrellas should have been "preserved" (according to later by the owner) to the customers of his hotel if there was a storm ... Obviously we took and changed chalets since the season had already started and we risked running out of chalets after yet another tease ... Experience out of the ordinary ... To say the least ... But still to be avoided!

M	Michele Montesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotiamo 2 ombrelloni con 4 lettini arriviamo in spiaggia e ci dicono che ce ne hanno lasciato solo uno con 3 lettini perché avevano avuto altre prenotazioni dall albergo tutto ciò senza nessuno avviso ..ci rispondo che potevamo anche andarcene se non andava bene!!ci dicono che possiamo usufruire dei tavolini a disposizione..mentre stiamo pranzo arriva la cuoca che ci dice che quelli sono tavolini del ristorante e non potevamo stare lì a mangiare le nostre cose.. tutto questo con tre bambini di 1 2 e 4 anni..e tavolini non apparecchiati!!!pessima empatia del personale mai più We book 2 umbrellas with 4 sunbeds we arrive at the beach and they tell us that they left us only one with 3 sunbeds because they had had other reservations from the hotel all this without any notice .. I reply that we could also leave if it was not good !! that we can take advantage of the tables available .. while we are lunch the cook arrives and tells us that those are tables in the restaurant and we could not stay there to eat our things .. all this with three children aged 1, 2 and 4 .. and tables not set !!! bad staff empathy never again
