Appartamento stupendo,dotato veramente di ogni comfort possibile.Pulito e spazioso con 3 camere da letto con letti perfetti.Ottimo anche per vacanze lunghe.

La casualità ci ha condotto qui a fine agosto. È stato un fuori programma graditissimo e sorprendente. Complimenti a Massimiliano per aver organizzato un ambiente bello, accogliente, funzionale e completo. Speriamo di tornare anche per la stagione invernale!

Ho soggiornato più volte presso lo Chalet, sia durante la stagione estiva, sia durante quella invernale. Negli anni è diventato un punto di riferimento per la sua bellezza, funzionalità, pulizia (sempre impeccabile) e, ovviamente, per la location strategica. Molte le escursioni da poter fare partendo direttamente da casa a piedi o spostandosi di pochi km in auto per poter poi avere accesso a numerosi altri itinerari. Max è un host meraviglioso, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza prima, durante e dopo il soggiorno. Preziosi anche i suoi suggerimenti in merito a escursioni, attività sportive, ristori della zona, così da poter godere a 360 gradi della bellezza della Valtellina, delle sue cime e dei suoi rifugi. Location adatta a coppie, gruppi di amici e famiglie (tutti i servizi di prima necessità sono infatti a pochi minuti di distanza, già nel centro di Oga e, a soli 15’ in auto, si può raggiungere comodamente Bormio). Lo consiglio vivamente!

The host, Max, has asked me to help him promote the apartment by reviewing on Google. Given my thankfulness to him, I'll gladly do so. Let the fact that I'm the first one to review not cloud your judgement; you can find the apartment with 71 reviews on Airbnb as well! Our 2-weeks stay at Max's apartment was planned last minute and so with the current situation we had a lot to take care of last minute, but directly from the start Max has been very involved with helping us figure out what to take care of. Then, when we got snowed in Val Müstair on our way there, Max helped us figure out alternative routes to Bormio. He also gave tips regarding where to find hiking/mountainbike trails, the best coffee in Italy, the best patisserie in Bormio, etc. Let's just say that in short the host is definitely worth 5 stars. The chalet is very cute/warm/cozy/comfortable. The other reviews often mention the fireplace, which would also be my first point to review; we lit a fire every evening and it's the heart of the chalet. The set-up of the apartment with the kitchen, fireplace and dining area fits well! The kitchen is well equipped (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, big fridge, freezer compartment, many many MANY pots/pans/plates/glasses/cutlery) and the beds are comfortable (although a bit short for my 1.97m friend; then again, maybe 1.97m is a bit much haha). The soap dispensers (in the kitchen and shower) are a great idea! The only thing we missed was a balcony, but the row of windows makes up for that; amazing view on Bormio and the surrounding mountains. We went for a walk twice in the little village Oga in the evening just 5min walking down the road. Very cute, old Italian houses. Also, there's a grass field on the hill right accross the street on which we spent two full days of reading, the view is as if from a movie (know the movie Sound of Music? It's like that). We would definitely come back here if we plan to go near Bormio again. The location is wonderful, the chalet is warm and comfortable and the host has been very thoughtful and helpful! Thank you Max for making this trip unforgettable.
