Per ritirarlo è stato un calvario tra corsi di formazione e chiusure dello sportello me lo hanno consegnato con 3 giorni di ritardo rispetto il giorno in cui era pronto (per me è stato un disagio). Negli uffici ho trovato personale preparato nei contenuti. Uno di questi, mentre ero nel corridoio, mi ha trattata non bene senza un valido motivo ed è la ragione per cui non posso dare una recensione completamente positiva. Se lo facessi io che lavoro nel pubblico in primis mi vergognerei e in secondo luogo mi darebbero almeno una lettera di richiamo. Al telefono non rispondono spesso. Very available front office, both. I was happy to do the ISEE and the delivery of the documents. To collect it was an ordeal between training courses and door closures, they handed it to me 3 days later than the day it was ready (for me it was an inconvenience). In the offices I found staff prepared in the contents. One of these, while I was in the corridor, treated me not well without a valid reason and is the reason why I can't give a completely positive review. If I did that I work in the public in the first place I would be ashamed and secondly they would give me at least a letter of warning. They don't answer often on the phone.
T	Tania B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver chiamato il sindacato mi sono recata in luogo nel giorno e all'orario comunicato,attenendomi alle loro spiegazioni sono arrivata in anticipo per prendere il numerino e mettermi in lista. Premetto che non ci ero mai stata,perciò non mi aspettavo di trovare difronte più di 10 persone a fare la fila,con l'assenza di un centro informazioni,senza alcun numerino,per poi scoprire che non ne accettavano più di 8 al giorno,sono stata mandata via con l'invito a ripresentarmi un'altra volta,con un anticipo di 2 ore per precauzione,per lo più senza la sicurezza di riuscire ad avere un colloquio,e senza poter fissare un appuntamemto. Penso che non siano per niente organizzati e professionali. A questo punto la storia diventa triste. The phone rings from home. For hours and hours. And when you go directly to the place to book (!), You try to ring it again and ...
