Personale nullafacente davanti al pc che non si degna nemmeno di darti informazioni se non quella di sederti ed aspettare! Non rispondono al telefono, neanche dopo aver inoltrato la chiamata davanti a loro..pazzesco! Sono sindacalizzata da 26 anni, ma credo che con il 2019 chiuderò tutto! Scandalous! Recentemente ho telefonato per un appuntamento col patronato, Il telefono ha squillato poche volte e ricevo subito risposta. OK, non mi hanno dato appuntamento per il giorno dopo, ma non avevo fretta. Sono stato accolto, anche questa volta, con gentilezza e disponibilità. La signora che mi ha dato le spiegazioni non mi ha fatto alcuna fretta, è stata gentile e disponibile e paziente. Purtroppo non mi ricordo il suo nome, ma in fin dei conti non importa. lì sono gentili tutti. Grazie. I have been following this CGIL office / patronage for several years.
