★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio telefonico pessimo,ti lasciano in attesa ore per linee occupate e poi la voce guidata dice di richiamare più tardi.Ma nonostante le innumerevoli richiamate è sempre cosi.Consiglio di cambiare metodo: fate lasciare il numero per essere richiamati. O come in altre realtà sapere in quale posizione di accodamento si è. Perché col vostro metodo si ha l'impressione che il telefono lo teniate appositamente staccato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ di solito non lascio mai commenti, ma dpo l'esperienza di ieri 12.04.21 non posso non farlo. sono tesserato da anni e di rado utilizzo i servizi, all'incontro con l'operatrice sono stato trattato malissimo, con sufficenza ed è stato terribilmente umiliante - sono andato via senza capire esattamente cosa fare - spero che questa persona venga segnalata perchè credo sia sua abitudine lavorare in questo modo e la CIGIL non se lo merita per quanti lavorano invece in maniera civile.

La bassa qualità del servizio porta a grossi disservizi e perdite colossali di tempo.
Vivamente sconsigliato affidarsi a loro per le vostre pratiche.
Inoltre le operatrici si sono rivelate molto scurrili e sgarbate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tesserato da anni ma ora sono davvero stanco di essere rappresentato da gente che non sa fare il proprio lavoro. Al telefono non rispondono mai e una volta che ti presenti di persona perdendo anche una giornata di lavoro ti dicono che servono altri documenti che all' appuntamento prima non mi hanno nemmeno citato. Pago per un servizio penoso e senza senso e mi fermo qui perché ne avrei di cosa da dire. Ribadisco che dovreste fare prima un bel corso d'informazione e poi sedervi dietro un bancone visto che i miei soldi cmq al mese li prendete .
Memated for years but now I'm really tired of being represented by people who don't know how to do your job. I pay for a painful and meaningless service and I stop here because I would have to say.
