Invece di aiutarmi il signore mi ha detto di venire a Brescia personalmente che era a 600km di distanza, invece di mandarmelo tramite l'email o suggerire l'altri opzioni di attenere questo certificato. Questo non e prima esperienza brutta con il signore che si chiama Driss Enniya. Menomale che ho trovato un metodo online dopo mille tentativi.
I phoned to ask for information on how to recover the certificate of the Italian test that I have lost. Instead of helping me, the gentleman told me to come to Brescia personally which was 600km away, instead of emailing me or suggesting other options to obtain this certificate. This is not a first bad experience with the gentleman named Driss Enniya. Luckily I found an online method after a thousand attempts.
