Personale maleducato soprattutto una signora bionda con occhi azzurri (spero che capiscano chi sei cosi da potersi salvare tutti ahahah).
Stamattina avevo un appuntamento alle 11 per la richiesta di accompagno e dopo avermi fatto entrare, la 'consulente' si è iniziata a lamentare per una pratica che non gli è andata a buon fine, cosi decide bene di stare 10 minuti a parlare con la sua collega dell'accaduto mentre io ero serenamente seduta li ad aspettare che finissero di lamentarsi. Non contenta, questa signora dopo aver finalmente iniziato ad interessarsi al cliente (io) decide ahimè di trattarlo in modo SCORTESE, MALEDUCATO E NON PROFESSIONALE.
IF YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS STRUCTURE.
Rude staff especially a blonde lady with blue eyes (I hope they understand who you are so they can save everyone hahaha).
This morning I had an appointment at 11 for the request for an escort and after letting me in, the 'consultant' began to complain about a practice that was not successful, so she decided well to stay 10 minutes talking with her colleague of the incident while I was sitting there serenely waiting for them to finish complaining. Not happy, this lady after finally starting to take an interest in the customer (me) decides to treat him in a RUDE, RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL way.
