L'appuntamento tramite sito web non serve a nulla perché si arriva lì e si scopre che o non c'è la persona addetta o non sanno neanche che ci sia un appuntamento preso! Ti rispondono anche di provare in un altro orario senza sapere però se ci sia la persona che si occupa di quel servizio! Nel 2022 ancora esistono queste realtà? Si è costretti ad andare lì di persona anche solo per chiedere un informazione! Ma scherziamo!? La gente non ha tempo da perdere! Bad organization! Spazzatura ammassata nella sala d' attesa Uffici sporchi e disordinati. Nonostante abbia preso l appuntamento mi hanno detto che il sito per gli appuntamenti non era aggiornato.... Inoltre, nonostante prendevo l appuntamento perché non potevo fare la fila, essendo in gravidanza, mi hanno fatto fare tre volte il viaggio lì perché i documenti non erano pronti....e poi mi dicevano sempre Ke gli mancava qualcosa per completare la pratica (manco a fare una telefonata x chiedere magari via email i documenti Ke sostenevano mancassero) Alla fine sono andata presso un altro patronato per portare a termine la pratica perche' a causa loro ho comunque perso tre mesi di bonus che mi spettavano Useless, disorganized and busy smoking a cigarette outside. Sgarbadi and annoyed by the presence of users. Rubbish piled up in the waiting room Dirty and messy offices. Despite making the appointment they told me the dating site was out of date .... Also, despite making the appointment because I could not queue, being pregnant, they made me make the trip there three times because the documents were not ready .... and then they always told me Ke was missing something to complete the practice ( I need to make a phone call to ask maybe via email the documents Ke claimed were missing) In the end I went to another patronage to complete the practice because because of them I still lost three months of bonuses that I was entitled to.
