★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale al front office mai cortese ed efficace, ho chiamato alle 12 come da loro indicazione dopo aver squillato per 10 minuti ad orologio qualcuno ha alzato la cornetta e sono rimasta ad ascoltare le loro conversazioni sul più e sul meno in lontananza, senza che nessuno mi rispondesse, fino a che hanno riattaccato...forse dava loro fastidio lo squillo del telefono....
The staff at the front office never courteous and effective, I called at 12 as indicated by them after ringing for 10 minutes at the clock someone picked up the handset and I listened to their conversations on the plus and minus in the distance, without anyone answered me, until they hung up ... maybe the ringing of the phone bothered them ...
