La gentilezza non è di casa.... If I could I would give zero stars ..... go to the union to collect the list of documents needed for the isee, I saw the sheet thrown out of the window ..... Kindness is not at home ....

Ritengo che sia un'ottima organizzazione con uffici sempre disponibili, efficienti e competenti per giunta lavorano a tamburo battente. Nulla da osservare, opportuno collaborare soprattutto in questo periodo di lockdown - Covid. Grazie uffici. If I could I would give it 10 stars. a	andreea ghe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi racconto una storiella: Più di un mese fa entro per chiedere informazioni riguardo l'isee e comunico di doverlo fare. Un signore mi "accoglie" e mi da in mano un foglio senza darmi spiegazioni dicendomi di tornare a casa, compilarlo, e riportarlo. Torno a casa, compilo(domande strane, rivolte a chi ha già l'isee ma va bene sapranno cosa mi hanno chiesto) ritorno. Giustamente la signora sua collega, vedendo questo foglio mi dice come già pensavo che bisogna prima avere l'isee per poi compilarlo. (Mi state prendendo in giro?! ...ok si può sbagliare non giudichiamo al primo accaduto...) Quindi...prendere appuntamento. Appuntamento oggi per isee. Dopo un mese dall'accaduto. Sembrava che se ne fosse ricordato solo il centralino dal quale mi hanno chiamata fino a ieri per ricordarmi dell'appuntamento di oggi. Arrivata dalla porta ho suonato e telefonato e nessuno ha risposto. Quasi non ci credevo. Sono stata là per 10 minuti buoni a suonare sia al citofono che al telefono dopodiché me ne sono andata. Ma vi pare normale?! Ma poi nei giorni precedenti mi avete bombardata di telefonate e mail per ricordarmi l'appuntamento....e oggi?? Non abito neanche dietro l'angolo ma a questo punto questo mi pare l'ultimo dei problemi. Fosse fisicamente possibile di stelle ve ne darei 0! I'll tell you a story: More than a month ago I go in to ask for information about the ise and I communicate that I have to do it. A gentleman "welcomes" me and gives me a sheet of paper without explaining me, telling me to go home, fill it in, and bring it back. I come home, fill in (strange questions, addressed to those who already have the ise but that's okay they will know what they asked me) return. His colleague, rightly, on seeing this sheet tells me how I already thought that you must first have the isee and then fill it in. (Are you kidding me ?! ... ok you can be wrong, let's not judge the first one ...) So ... make an appointment. Appointment today for isee. One month after the incident. It seemed that only the switchboard from which they called me up until yesterday to remind me of today's appointment. When I arrived at the door I rang and phoned and no one answered. I almost didn't believe it. I was there for a good 10 minutes to ring both the intercom and the phone and then I left. But does it seem normal to you ?! But then in the previous days you bombarded me with phone calls and emails to remind me of the appointment .... and today? I don't even live around the corner but at this point this seems to me the least of the problems. If it were physically possible I would give you 0 stars!
