★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo servizio mi hanno fissato appuntamento per il calcolo pensionistico e quando mi sono presentata mi hanno mandata via dicendo che dovevo dare la revoca di quanto mi avevano stampato all'epaca coldiretti e di rivolgermi a loro. All'Epaca mi hanno ribadito che non serve alcuna REVOCA per fare il calcolo pensionistico come previsione e che un cittadino può avvalersi di qualsiasi sindacato o patronato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un esempio di incompetenza e ignoranza: ho appena chiamato per chiedere la gestione di una pratica in realtà non complicata (l'assunzione di una badante per mia mamma, anche se io vivo all'estero) e mi hanno risposta che "siccome non è mai capitato non riusciamo a gestirla, non si può fare dall'estero e ci vuole per forza una persona in Italia", cosa non vera, perché l'INPS stesso mi ha appena confermata che non ci sono problemi.
Poi chiedetevi perché l'Italia è ferma alla preistoria e presa in giro da tutta Europa: per colpa di questa gente pigra e retrograda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riuscire a parlare telefonicamente con qualcuno è un'impresa... La storia è sempre la stessa... "A causa del l'intenso traffico telefonico... Ci scusiamo per il disagio...".
Esistono molte persone che avrebbero bisogno e voglia di lavorare e potrebbero rispondere ai telefoni: ASSUMETE!!!

There are many people who would need and want to work and could answer the phones: HIRE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEMPLICEMENTE UNA VERGOGNA! Sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi al personale di questo patronato...giri a vuoto a non finire, personale incapace e impreparato. Non esiste la possibilità di trovare pronta la propria pratica quando ci si presenta nonostante sia già stata messa a loro disposizione tutta la documentazione.
In questo modo se sopraggiunge qualche problema ci si accorge all'ultimo istante senza possibilità di sistemare ma occorre prendere un ulteriore appuntamento dove non è escluso che possa uscire un altro problema e il giro ricomincia da capo (parlo per esperienza personale e diretta).
Comportamento ingiustificabile per chi dovrebbe rappresentare un aiuto all'utente ed invece non è altro che un ulteriore ostacolo da superare.
Dispongono senza troppi rimorsi del tempo e delle risorse della gente e causano disagi a non finire a chi, a differenza loro, deve rendere conto del proprio lavoro, per esempio, a un titolare.
