Per ottenere quanto mi spettava sono dovuto ricorrere a uno studio legale e procedere a una transazione risarcitoria a loro carico dopo un braccio di ferro col patronato che dovrebbevdifendere gli interessi dei lavoratori! Evitate assolutamente di rivolgervi a loro! Se era possibile dare zero stelle lo avrei fatto! A hallucinating experience. È altrettanto vero però che hanno una mole di lavoro immensa e non sempre anche gli utenti sono ben disposti. In ogni caso mi sono sempre trovato benissimo per tutti i servizi. Cito per esempio la Sig. Fulvia con la quale ho parlato al telefono è che è stata di una cortesia e disponibilità straordinarie, senza dimenticare altre impiegate con le quali, ripeto, mi sono sempre trovato benissimo per ogni mia necessità. Sono tanti ma non risponde nessuno. 4 giorni di telefonate in attesa per riprogrammare un appuntamento,era una pratica già conclusa. Mi presento in loco e vengo verbalmente aggredita da una scorbutica dipendente bionda che si permette di urlarmi nel viso e molto scocciatamente mi intima di mettermi in coda . Due code ben definite. Una per informazioni l altra per gli appuntamenti . Ripeto .la mia pratica era conclusa . Su 5 dipendenti che si sono presentate a chiedere chi aveva bisogno solo una molto gentile ha saputo aiutarmi e ha preso nominativo. E pensare che ero venuta per pagare. Per quanto riguarda la signora bionda che mi ha urlato in malo modo consiglio vivamente l uso corretto della mascherina e gel prima di urlare nel viso alle persone che devono stare dietro le transenne . 0 stars cannot be given. Al telefono risponde una segreteria che non informa ne del tempo di attesa, ne sugli orari di ufficio. Ho aspettato anche 20 min, mai avuto risposta, neppure per iscritto! Quest'anno mi hanno chiesto di fare la tessera con la cessione sullo stipendio, ma con un servizio così ci vuole coraggio!!!! I tried many times to contact them by phone and email ... nothing !! Due volte sono capitata con lo stesso individuo e due volte ha sbagliato la dichiarazione dei redditi. Meno male che lultima volta su mia insistenza sul fatto che non mi tornava quello che mi diceva è intervenuta una sua collega più preparata... Ovviamente avevo ragione io che vado a spendere83 euro per farmi fare una dichiarazione dei redditi da un incompetente....inoltre la settimana scorsa ho chiesto via e mail al patronato di essere richiamata per un appuntamento... Vedo che le recensioni non sono molto positive ma secondo me è perché tendono a scrivere le recensioni coloro che hanno avuto intoppi mentre chi non ha avuto problemi scrive meno. Forse sono stato fortunato io ma raramente ho visto una tale disponibilità, competenza e velocità come nel mio caso (mi sono rivolto al reparto INCA) ...quindi non posso far altro che parlarne bene! SUPER! I see that the reviews are not very positive but in my opinion it is because those who have had setbacks tend to write reviews while those who have not had problems write less. Maybe I was lucky but I have rarely seen such availability, competence and speed as in my case (I turned to the INCA department) ... so I can't help but speak well of it!
