Non c'è mai la persona che serve o è sempre fuori o non è presente o non sanno dove sia, non si possono prendere appuntamenti. Non parliamo del telefono non risponde mai nessuno. Rude staff, bad organization. There is never the person you need or is always out or not present or they don't know where they are, you can't make appointments. Mi sono recato presso la cgil di Castelfranco Emilia per chiedere informazioni riguardo a una lettera che mi è arrivata tramite posta. Attendo il mio turno e una volta che arriva il mio turno, vado dalla signora per chiedere ciò che mi rendeva perplesso. Per cominciare, mentre stavo esponendo il mio problema e le mie perplessità, la signora mi strappa via di mano la lettera che stavo tenendo in mano come prova che ho, effettivamente, ricevuto la lettera. Da lì, inizia a parlare con tono arrogante e provocativo sottointendendo che ero quasi stupido per essere venuto a chiedere un qualcosa di forse così ovvio per lei che è dentro al sistema. Mi osservava con uno sguardo che faceva chiaramente trasmettere una sensazione di profonda mancanza di rispetto. La cosa si è conclusa con quattro o cinque affermazioni futili buttate all'aria dalla sua lingua maligna come quella di una vipera!! Mi alzo e mi dirigo verso la porta di uscita senza concedere un arrivederci o una buona giornata per la sua mancanza di cortesia .Mi sono sentito mancare di rispetto!! Di certo non ritornerò alla cgil di Castelfranco Emilia per altre eventuali richieste!! Very rude staff !!! Nessuno sa dove sono i colleghi: "provi a vedere se c'e", "non so se oggi viene", "io oggi non l' ho ancora visto" Ma come è possibile??? Ho avuto bisogno di un servizio e di perdere poco tempo visto che io ho un vero lavoro, diversamente da loro. Cerco di avere un appuntamento per potermi organizzare: "per queste cose non prendiamo appuntamenti" . Chi si occupa del servizio di cui ho bisogno c'è sempre il giorno dopo, oppure mi dicono "provi a chiamare nel pomeriggio", "provi a chiamare domattina". Assurdo... Senza contare l'assoluta mancanza di educazione Looking for a specific person, you never know when it is there.
