★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse mettere -10 stelle lo farei. È da due settimane che telefono giornalmente per avere un appuntamento per la revisione di un Tfr. Mi hanno rimpallato a vari uffici ma nessuna risposta certa. 45 anni di pagamento della tessera non valgono nulla???
 If you could put -10 stars I would. For two weeks I have been calling daily to have an appointment to review a severance pay. They sent me back to various offices but no definite answer. 45 years of payment of the card are worth nothing ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ....lascia ogni speranza o voi italiani che entrate.... se sei extracomunitario ti mettono anche il tappeto rosso...siamo entrati alle 14:00 alle 17:00 non ci hanno ricevuto... extracomunitari con le nostre stesse esigenze (maternità a rischio) arrivati dopo, senza appuntamento etc... hanno già fatto... io regolarmente pagante tessera cgil... sono ancora qua.... tessera cgil riconsegnata... farò la tessera della UGL...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad ogni chiamata attesa di circa 10 minuti per poi sentirti dire: non è stato possibile connetterti ad un operatore, per cortesia riprovi più tardi...dopo il quarto tentativo, avendo speso 40 minuti al telefono un bel vaffa ci sta tutto!!!...ecco perché in Italia le cose vanno sempre peggio...terzo mondo.
At each call, I wait for about 10 minutes and then hear you say: it was not possible to connect to an operator, please try again later ... after the fourth attempt, having spent 40 minutes on the phone, it's all right !!! ... that's why in Italy things are getting worse ... third world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno fatto aspettare 3 mesi per un appuntamento...3!!!!!Sono arrivata in ritardo e mi hanno cacciata senza farsi troppi scrupoli. Complimenti!!! Soprattutto alla signorina con gli occhiali!
They made me wait 3 months for an appointment ... 3 !!!!! I arrived late and they kicked me out without being too scrupulous. Compliments!!! Especially the young lady with glasses!
