O	Oui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho chiamo il centralino e la persona che ha risposto di Faenza è stata maleducata, ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni, non si è degnata di ascoltare completamento la mia domanda e con arroganza contraddiva ciò che dicevo, interrompendomi, poi, nella mia spiegazione, conclude la chiamata con “ho 25 chiamate in attesa” e stacca il telefono. This morning I called the switchboard and the person who answered from Faenza was rude, I called to ask for information, she did not deign to hear my question completely and arrogantly contradicted what I said, interrupting me, then, in my explanation, ends the call with “I have 25 calls waiting” and disconnects the phone.

Più preparazione e meno arroganza credo che gioverebbero al sindacato che oggi ha perso un’’iscritta. I called to ask for information and the receptionist was a shameful rudeness. Oggi sabato 30 aprile per la prima volta ho trovato li al Centralino una tipa scortese,scorbutica,nervosa ,incompetente, che penso che ne avesse proprio poca voglia di lavorare oggi.Il mio voto è 5 stelle al servizio dell' operatrice francesca ( bravissima)del patronato inca e più che negativo ( meno di zero)all addetta al centralino, meglio che cambi lavoro! I've been going there for a lifetime, I've always found myself with all the operators, succession, isee, 730, patronage ... kindness, professionalism, availability. Today Saturday 30 April for the first time I found there at the switchboard a rude, grumpy, nervous, incompetent girl, who I think she had very little desire to work today.My rating is 5 stars at the service of the operator Francesca (very good) of Inca patronage and more than negative (less than zero) to the switchboard operator, better change jobs!
