Non ti rispondono a telefono per prendere un appuntamento se ti rispondono non sanno niente devono chiedere e ti dicono di lasciare il recapito telefonico che ti contatteremo poi passano 15 GG e più niente vai la chiedi ti sbattono a destra e sinistra o non ti guardano in faccia perché ti dicono facciamo solo persone con appuntamento. Organizzazione pessima. Prima non era così erano da 10 e lode il servizio offerto da cgl e tutte le sue divisioni. Se state con cgl scappate cambiate sindacato, non lo considero a i nuovi clienti.
Terrible! They don't answer the phone to make an appointment if they answer you they don't know anything they have to ask and tell you to leave the telephone number that we will contact you then 15 days pass and nothing more go ask you they slam you right and left or don't look you in the face because they tell you we only do people with appointment. Bad organization. Before this was not the case, the service offered by cgl and all its divisions was top marks. If you are with cgl escaped change union, I do not consider it to new customers.
