★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio non all’altezza per i prelievi: in varie occasioni per fare un prelievo sono stati fatti diversi tentativi con la siringa creando inutili punture al braccio.
Oggi meglio adottando siringa tipo butterfly.... ma solo perché ho lamentato i pregressi disagi acccaduti a me e a mia figlia.
Direi che il servizio dovrebbe essere molto più professionale.

Service not up to par for withdrawals: on various occasions, several attempts were made with the syringe to make a sample, creating unnecessary punctures in the arm.
Today it is better by adopting a butterfly syringe .... but only because I complained about the previous inconveniences happened to me and my daughter.
I would say the service should be much more professional.

Rapidissima è stata la risposta per il prelievo che questa mattina ho fatto; bravissime le dottoresse che con molta pazienza sono state a cercare che vena potesse essere bucata; visto che non si trovavano.
Ritornerò sicuramente.
I was sent to this place by the Medical Phisio G2 to complete the woman check up.
The response was quick for the withdrawal I made this morning; very good doctors who have been very patient to find which vein could be pierced; since they weren't there.
I will definitely be back.

Efficiente anche il servizio del prelievo del sangue a domicilio (a pagamento...ma non caro). Arriva a casa la dottoressa, sempre scrupolosa con le regole anti covid, e poi ti mandano sempre puntualmente i risultati via email. Bravi e grazie
My family and I have been going there for years and we have always enjoyed it. Never a disservice. They are very attentive to the anti-covid provisions. Always polite and professional staff.
The home blood sampling service is also efficient (for a fee ... but not expensive). The doctor arrives home, always scrupulous with the anti-covid rules, and then they always send you the results via email on time. Well done and thanks
